Segregation and construction project for a client in Sant Boi de Llobregat, dividing the property according to the needs of the family. Work carried out together with Heres Arquitectura.

C. Trafalgar (Barcelona)

Development, segregation, and integral rehabilitation of the entire building located in Trafalgar street, designed by Heres Arquitectura. The building is cataloged as it contains elements of interest in its interior and façade. It was rehabilitated obtaining three flats per floor, of 1, 2, and 3 rooms, resulting in a total of 15 flats and 3 premises.

Development of plant and change of use in a former textile factory located in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, where eight lofts of 138 and 116 m² were built.
