Xavi Gabarró

Founder and director

After having managed sales teams in different real estate agencies in the luxury sector, and more recently in Lux Habitat, Xavi decided to create his own consulting firm defining a different service to that of the traditional agency.

He decided to undertake his project in line with his vision and values, in which the needs of each client and the defense of their interests are paramount. But with the eagerness to do its job very well and dedicate itself exclusively and in a personalized way to 0.001% of the real estate market. His interest,therefore, is the client’s interest, betting on transactions in which he is represented optimally.

Xavi has also been a developer, through Zonabarcelona, of a large number of buildings in the city of Barcelona, which has given him a 360-degree knowledge of the market, allowing him to contact the different leaders of the value chain of the sector.

He is 200% passionate and energetic, both in his professional projects and when he talks about his other great passion: rugby, motorcycles, gastronomy, and above all his son.

It is said that he would not change anything in the world the Mediterranean, the blue color of the sky and the sea, and the rugby team that has made him a very personal person with internalized values of professionalism, respect, integration, and commitment: the U.E. Santboiana.
